  • $24.54 - $27.08 per hour plus casual loading

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity over the Summer period? If so, this could be the one for you!

Narrabri Shire Council is currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals, to join the Aquatics Team on a casual basis! If you are an experienced Lifeguard, Learn to Swim or Kiosk Attendant, we want to hear from you!

As part of a young and dynamic team, you will be joining a progressive Council dedicated to providing exceptional services to the Community.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Casual vacancies are now available across the Shire’s swimming pools; Narrabri, Wee Waa and Boggabri.  These role will be require to work the varying hours between 6am - 7pm within Narrabri Shire Council's pools, which will included weekdays and weekends.

  • Pool Lifeguard
  • Kiosk Attendants
  • Learn to Swim Instructor

Pool Lifeguard
Ensure the safety and efficiency of the operation within Council’s Swimming Pools, through supervising pool patrons, maintaining amenities to a high standard.

Learn to Swim Instructor
Provide appropriate, safe, enjoyable and educational swimming lessons in accordance with industry standards.

Kiosk Attendants
Operate pool kiosks, whilst utilising your customer service experience and ensuring compliance with recognised standards for food handling.

Working closely with the Senior Lifeguards and Pool Operators, you will be an integral part of the team, providing an exceptional service to the wider community.
