Salary: AUD $144,126.00 per annum plus Superannuation 

Employment status: Permanent 

Employment arrangement: Full Time

Location: Sydney CBD 

Option to work under a 19 day month arrangement

The City of Sydney has around 300 projects in planning, development, delivery and is seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead our Project Management Office. Our projects vary considerably in size and type.


In this position you will be responsible for the running, secretariat support and further development of City’s project governance system. This will ensure transparency in decision making, effective and efficient project management processes, and support of project teams in collaborating effectively to deliver the agreed project benefits to the organisation and Community.


You will work across the whole organisation, influencing positive project team collaboration, ensuring Clients, Asset Owners, Deliverers, and other stakeholders fulfil their roles and responsibilities and are aligned to deliver the agreed project outcomes.


To be successful in this role, you will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline OR equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience.


Given the diversity of City infrastructure and services, you will have experience being part of a broad range of project-based groups of multi-disciplinary professionals and in varied environments.


You will have advanced communication management skills and ability to deliver outcomes while working in a dynamic environment.
