Salary: AUD $126,158.00 per annum plus Superannuation

Employment status: Permanent 

Employment arrangement: Full Time

Location: Sydney CBD

Option to work under a 19 day month arrangement

The Asset Strategy and Systems team plays a lead role in the strategic, tactical and operational performance of the City’s assets including trees, parks, buildings, bridges, roads and stormwater. The Asset Strategy and Systems team is focused on integrating with all areas of the City having best asset management principles while delivering a high level of service to the community.

 

As our Asset Management Plan Coordinator you'll collaborate with asset owners and asset managers to author, review and maintain the City’s individual asset management plans.

 

You’ll partner with multiple and diverse stakeholders across the organisation to ensure all asset management plans are current, accurate, high quality, consistent, comprehensive and relevant to allow the City to deliver and maintain assets to global city standard. 

 

You’ll be a motivated team player with tertiary qualification in GIS, engineering or related field, or practical experience in Asset Strategy/Administration.

 

You'll have extensive experience in the practical application of asset management principles and possess demonstrated skills and experience in the development, writing, delivery and evaluation of infrastructure asset management plans. Highly developed oral and written communication skills are also essential.
