Employment arrangement: Full Time

Location: Inner-City 

Option to work under a 19 day month arrangement

An exciting opportunity is available for a self-motivated, highly organised individual to join our friendly Cleansing Operations Team.

You will provide high level, efficient administrative support and facilitate the delivery of business operations including correspondence, data entry, payment of invoices and coordination of records.


To be suited to this role you will have:


demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure environment, with conflicting priorities to achieve strict deadlines with minimum supervisionhighly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels within an organisationdemonstrated effective time management, attention to detail and organisational skills when providing daily administrative support to management teamexperience managing challenging customer interactions in a professional mannercompetent experience in computer skills combined with an excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new programs and ability to (on occasions) work additional hours to meet the demands of the role, including flexibility to work in different office locations when requiredexperience working in an operational / business unit / depot environment would be highly desirablequalifications in business administration or a related field and/or equivalent relevant experience would be highly desirablea current Class C driver’s licence.
